THIS IS A WHOLESALE SITE FOR RETAILERS ONLY.
We sell to bridal shops, gift shops, home businesses, auction sellers,
jewelry sellers, etc.
An active seller's permit is necessary to shop here. Before
placing an order you can either email a copy to
customerservice@allwholesalejewelry.com OR you may fax it to
530-222-0552. Either way, please provide a valid email address. We
verify the information and EMAIL you back. Upon approval you can shop
online. We do NOT take phone orders. All orders need to be placed
online.
All items on our website start out by
being in stock, but we do sell out fast. Orders are processed in the order
they are received. If an item becomes sold out by the time we process your
order, we will ship the entire order out when we receive the re-stock items.
If you need your order by a specific date you need to note it in the comments
area of the check out form. If we cannot make the specific date, we will
automatically cancel the order.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS POLICY:
Do not open the sealed packet. All
jewelry is inspected carefully prior to shipment, it is
unlikely that you will receive a defect or something with missing stones.
However, should this occur, do not open the sealed packet, and email us
immediately(within 24 hours of receipt) to report problem. Defective
items are exact item exchange only, no cash refunds. If the item is no longer available
we will issue a store credit (sorry, no cash refunds). Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping charges on defective items. We do
not issue credit for any original or return shipping charges.
Defective items MUST be POSTMARKED
within 3 days of original delivery date, sorry no exceptions. Defective
items returned that are RECEIVED at our location after 10 days from documented delivery
date, regardless of postmark date will be refused and/or sent back to buyer at
buyer's expense, sorry no exceptions.
Due to hygiene and health issues we do NOT accept returns of worn jewelry.

the era styles. We do NOT sell true vintage wholesale jewelry, only brand new
jewelry. All jewelry arrives on a fashion card.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We take your privacy seriously. We
do NOT share any information. We need a valid email address & phone
number on your order to validate the order and just in case of a problem. If we don't have valid
information we will cancel the order and since the information wasn't valid to
begin with we won't be able to contact you to tell you the order was
cancelled....makes sense. We EMAIL regarding questions on your order.
